David E. Hall
David E. Hall, born Springfield, Illinois; admitted to Florida Bar 2002.
Education: University of Memphis 1997 (B.A. Independent Studies), cum laude; Stetson University College of Law, (J.D. 2002), President Elder Law Society, Stetson 2001-02.
Member: The Florida Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association; Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Prior to studying law, Mr. Hall spent 15 years in the music industry as a performer, songwriter, journalist and retail sales manager. Following his graduation from law school in May 2002, David was employed for six years at the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office where he served, ultimately, as a Felony Division Chief, supervising attorneys in Felony Division B, and participating in over 60 trials. In 2007, he was recognized by H.A.V.E A Heart for his volunteer work for the Bay Area Volunteer Lawyers Program in Tampa.
Mr. Hall practices in the areas of first and third party insurance defense.
